GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The site includes clothing and accessories for motorcycles and scooters of various new brands, we do not sell used items or third parties. All prices include VAT, net of transport costs and any discounts due to promotion codes. Each order will be accompanied by a regular Packing List or Commercial Invoice (only if specifically requested when ordering in the notes section). The customer can only buy products in the electronic catalog of AmelùShop at the time of placing the order and viewable online.
It is possible to place orders according to the following methods:

ONLINE ORDER:
Buying online is really easy, just a few simple clicks. The contract stipulated between AmelùShop and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, by the customer, of the conditions of sale by clicking Confirm Order on the Purchase Form. AmelùShop  will send an email confirming the order to the customer as acceptance of the order. Once the online purchase procedure is completed, the customer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code).

PHONE ORDER:

FAX ORDER:

Shipping Times:
We ship within the time indicated on the product sheet.
Every day our commitment is to have enthusiastic customers; this is why we try to fulfill orders as soon as possible or to notify the customer if the shipment was delayed.
We ship with BRT and SDA Express Courier. The Courier delivers in 24-48 hours (48 hours for Puglia, Basilicata, Calabria and Islands) from Monday to Friday.

Terms of payment:
AmelùShop  accepts the following forms of payment:

• Mark: in case of payment on delivery the customer will pay the sum due directly to the courier upon receipt of the package. We inform our customers that the courier does not accept checks, so the amount to be paid must be paid in cash.
• Payment by Credit Cards: in case of payment by credit card AmelùShop  uses the direct payment gateway (no need to create an account) Stripe; the customer can make the payment in peace of mind. All transactions related to payment by credit card are made in SSL (Secure Socket Layer).
• Payment by Paypal: in case of payment with Paypal AmelùShop  will direct the "Conclude Order" on the secure page of Paypal. The customer only has to enter the personal email and password already registered and proceed with payment.

How to behave when the package is received: When the courier makes the delivery, the customer must check:
• that the package is intact, not damaged or wet and in any case complies with the standard characteristics of a package
• that the personalized adhesive tape is intact and not tampered with
• that the number of parcels indicated on the consignment note corresponds to the number of parcels actually delivered

Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier, in the absence of these, the product is considered delivered correctly.

If upon receipt of the goods the package is damaged or tampered with:
• express a reservation: the package is accepted but before signing the document the customer must write "I accept with reserve right because the package has the following anomaly ..... (describe the damage that is observed on the package)". It will thus be possible once the package has been opened and any damage has been found, to be compensated for the damage suffered.
• express to the carrier the unacceptability of the package for tampering: refuse the package for tampered package.

If the customer does not perform these operations AmelùShop  considers the parcel regularly delivered.

Right of withdrawal: (Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 implementing Directive 2011/83 / EU)

The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must make the return request within 14 days of receipt of the package. The returned product must not in any way have been used for outings in motion, otherwise it will no longer be considered as new. We recommend our customers to try the product received without detaching the tags, before deciding whether to return it or not. The returned item must necessarily be NOT used and complete with all the intact cards, otherwise the return request can not be accepted.

The 4 simple steps to follow to make a return are the following:
1. Access your personal area.
If you are not registered and / or you have made a purchase by an unregistered user, you can still find the order code from the invoice you received via e-mail.
2. If you have placed an order to be logged in, go to "My Orders" and find the order code.
3. Download the form Returns from HERE. Compile the required fields and select the type Return (change size, refund or coupon)

P.S. If you request a refund, AmelùShop  will reimburse you no later than 14 days from receipt of the package; the repayment schedules may vary according to the contractual conditions relating to the various credit card or bank account service providers you use.
P.P.S. In case of request for reimbursement of a product that is part of an order submitted to special promotions (discount on reaching certain expense thresholds, discounts on the third item purchased, and similar), the value of the reimbursed portion will be subordinated to the recalculation of the promotion on items of the same order not returned.
Attention: Shipping costs for return are charged to the customer.

Guarantees
All products sold by AmelùShop  are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging and according to the manufacturer's instructions. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002 is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes the purchase without indicating in the form d 'order a reference of VAT number). In case of lack of conformity,  AmelùShop will send the item to the manufacturer so that it can restore the conformity of the product by repair or, where it is not possible, to the replacement.
The shipping costs for the return of the goods under warranty is charged to customers after 30 days from receipt of the package. The customer can choose to return the goods by courier inserting the purchase documents in the package.
